2. Accuracy & Informational Scope
While our computation engines strictly model official Indian statutory rules (such as Section 115BAC Income Tax slabs, EPFO regulations, and GST schedules), tax rules and state discom tariffs evolve. You are advised to independently verify all calculations with a certified professional or your financial advisor before making contractual or tax-filing decisions.
3. Document Templates & Legal Validity
All document generators (such as Rent Agreement Generator, Salary Slip Generator, Salary Certificate, and Rent Receipts) produce standardized drafts. Users must independently verify compliance with local state stamp duty, registration laws under the relevant Rent Control Acts, and employer guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall India Utility Hub, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the calculation tools or document drafts.
